I think they only replaced the "start" piece, not the entire start mechanism. Check out the link in EZ's last post to see the piece that they fitted.

I would also like to buy the start button of you still have it. Mine fell off on the previous owner and it's missing.... I will use a little hot glue to hold it.

I'm looking to buy a low mileage 2014/15 Vantage - do you think AM learn from these warranty claims and improve QC on the newer models or is this all part of the fun we have to look forward to as owners of the brand?

Hey Guys - checked with the dealer and they are going to see if they can find the piece lying around. I didnt think to grab it when I picked up my car. If they have it, happy to send it out. It is the "start" piece only, FYI.
