battery change on 08 vantage ROADSTER? Same as coupe?
not getting a ton of info on this. But is the roadster the exact same steps as a coupe? Anything different?
Coupe doesnt look that bad and I would think having a roadster would be easier as you can just put the top down and have more room.
Can someone with roadster give me some guidance on the battery change.
Also after battery change, does it need to go to the dealer for reprogramming for any reason?

I have never changed the battery on a coupe, but I did change my roadster battery a couple of years ago. It was a bit of a pain in the butt.
The battery is behind the passenger seat. There are some great vids on Redpants.lol and also youtube. Even with the top down it is a cramped space. And you will need to be able to unscrew and re-screw some bolts behind the battery by touch only (you can't see them).
Have heart; I am the least handy person I know and I was able to do it.

I recently changed mine using the Redpants video for guidance and found it to be very straightforward. It takes a bit of trim "manhandling" as he describes, but that wasn't excessive. I fitted an AutoCraft Platinum AGM Battery, Group Size H8, 850 CCA that comes with a 3 year warranty.
