Question Fuel Tank Overflow Hose

Yesterday saw rubber hose dragging ground from left rear. Pulled and about a three foot piece of hose came down along with a plastic clamp and plastic push in attach. Sure it's from fuel filler compartment bottom for overflow. How hard to attach-straight up or need to be fished? Thanks Frank

I saw dragging ground when got home..Ground end of rubber ,reached under, gave hose a tug ,dropped down with plastic screw holding to body. Something I can finally do myself. Thanks Rich
