TPMS in Factory Rapide Snow Wheels?

I am buying a 2012 Rapide (another thread for the future when it arrives) and bought a set of Rapide factory snow wheels with tires. Does this set come with TPMS? Can a regular tire place reset it or only the dealer?

If the wheel set has the correct sensors installed they will read automatically, no programming required. 2012 has the BERU system.
