I decided to update the interior on my 2008 Aston Martin Vantage
I recently purchased a 2008 V8 Vantage one year ago with 70,000 miles. I drive a lot so I have recently put another 11,000 miles on this car in that year and the car is been amazing. With the car now having 81,000 miles it’s been nothing but a pleasure and has have very little problems. I had to replace a belt pulley Due to a coolant line leak from a hose that damage the bearings on the pulley. The only other two problems I have had was needing a new oxygen sensor on the right side and a new high-pressure switch for the air-conditioner. I drive this car very hard I take it monthly to Las Vegas from Los Angeles it’s extremely comfortable and has all the creature comfort’s of a new car..My car is tip-Tronic I never use it in automatic mode I only use the paddles exclusively. Since I saved so much money buying a higher mileage vantage I decided to redo my interior and bring it up to date. I also recommend for anyone that has an older vantage and wants the pair they’re iPhone to play music this device works amazingly.

The Factory wood option (it's an unofficial Vantage option to do the door caps) was a tota $2,995.00 at the time - the redo of the seats was $5K on my 2009, but they bait and switched the leather with a cheap one and then went out of business after I *****ed. Who did yours? I'd like to explore some of the same on my V12S.

My friend owns a shop in Los Angeles that did the work. The total cost for everything was $7000 in Mercedes Leather. Originally we did the dash and trunk in leather as well but turned out to be a mistake it Shrunk in a matter of months from the sun and looked very bad. He changed it out to vinyl at no charge. It made a huge difference for me I was even considering a newer Aston just to get the updated interior. I also feel since I was able to connect my iPhone x with Bluetooth for phone and music as well as installing a Wi-Fi mirroring kit so I can have my Waze on the OEM screen I cant ask for anything else. The car has been great.

I forgot to mention that the $7000 cost was for complete new interior complete seats not just the inserts, dash including new cluster cover , door panels, trunk and floors. I think it is well worth it.

What did you use to mirror your phone to the nav screen? I have an 08 V8V as well. Use both Bluetooth for voice and the iPod adapter for Bluetooth streaming. But mirroring onto the nav screen? How???
