Tpms sensors on 2008 v8 vantage do they reset automatically?

Hey everyone,
I need to change out the wheels on my 2k8 vantage. The new wheels are sport package Aston Martin wheels with tpms sensors already installed.

If I switch the wheels out will the car automatically recognize the new sensors?

New sensors have to be programmed to the smartire box by AM dealer.

Move the sensors over from the old wheels to the new.

Thats what I would do but sometimes they damage them removing them .
If you decide to go this route make sure you and the tire shop know the risks/costs involved .

Only problem with using your original ones is the age. Battery life is over around the 8-10 year mark.
