I went to the 12h race in Sebring last month and compared the engine noises for a few days.
The Vantage GT4 sounded amazing! The scream blew everything else out of the window. The 911 RSR came in second, that high pitch 10k rev scream was a joy on it's own.
However the end of the sound spectrum was the Merc GT. Vacuum cleaner with shifts that sounded like farts around 3500 RPM.
Hearing that new Vantage alone is maybe not too bad, in the crowd with other race cars, it will be the same garbage as the Merc GT's.
