Upholstery shop
Any recommendations for an upholstery shop in the Orlando area? I would like to have a few dash panels and the headliner reglued. |
I used
Kelly's Quality Auto Upholstery He's one man shop and a little quirky but does good work. Had him do a dash panel that had shrunk. Turned out good but also he's going to replace with new leather i bought. |
Complete Auto Upholstery in Altamonte Springs has done excellent work for me in the past.

Anyone have experience with Tony’s Upholstery on OBT across from Tropical Ford |
Is this for the infamous passenger side dash separation?

Sagging headliner. What would be a reasonable price to reglue considering I will do the work to remove and reinstall the headliner. |

I had mine reglued by an upholstery shop, but first they had to carefully scrape off the old glue and the dessicated foam backing.
Glued back up with new foam, it cost about $300 CAD. $20/30 for a set of fir trees and a couple of hours of my time to get it out and put it back in. Looks like new. |
If you can remove it, you can repair it. Soft wire brush, plastic scraper and some scotch bright pads. Use new foam and 3m brand spray trim adhesive. $50-$75 in consumables and an afternoon's work. By using the existing material no cheap mis- match of material or color change.
