DBS V12 battery change

Have a RHD 2008 DBS V12 Manuel {stick shift}
Trying to remove battery It seems aluminium cage has to be removed
Am told you have to remove rear arm rest which seems to be part of a much larger panel
The problem is the battery bracket it is not removable
Is this correct
thanks

Just unbolt the aluminum cover. Then unscrew the battery hold down and remove it upward, it will take time to remove this bracket - then lift that beast out and install in reverse order. No need to remove rear center arm rest.

Well thats funny because on my car aluminum frame would not come out
The aluminum frame is shaped to hold battery down
Then there is the bracket on the opposite side
The trick is to remove screws from ally frame plus 3 nuts under carpet
Lever up frame gently
Remove bolts from black battery bracket pull up as much as it goes
Now gently prise this bracket free it will make sense when you look
now attempt to lift battery
This will force bracket up with out damaging it
you will now have battery out
Out of interest have you done this job yourself ?
