Q3 2021 AM results

Q3 1349 total wholesale units, YTD 4250 units...not much going on except for the supercars. No info on current GT cars, no V12 vantage mention. DBX had slowing sales with many 2021's sitting on US lots...IMO doubt AM gets to 6000 units by year end unless they flood the channel.

Unfortunate they don't make beautiful cars anymore.

Missed the live webcast this time round. I am curious what this refers to: "Q3 wholesales of 1,349 impacted by planned ramp up of DBX after efficiency actions at St Athan"? Was that the chip shortage bit or something else? How can the non-DBX wholesales be affected by DBX's production?

So far for 2021:
Q1 1,353
Q2 1,548
Q3 1,349
Q4 ~1,750 which may not be that far stretched if 6,000 by EOY

If they didn't change their guidance, then perhaps AML sees a very positive outcome for QTD wholesales.

I would guess that they slowed production of other lines to ramp up DBX production, impacting sales on those other lines. Just a SWAG on my end.

I agree about the current cars not being as classy and attractive as the previous Gen.

V12 Vantage is 5 months out. Unfortunately very limited number of 300 cars. So probably be lucky to see one that someone has already bought.

J - do you have inside info? I haven't seen that in print...The spring timing makes sense but why 300 limit...AM needs to sell cars so I don't see what a limited production buys them..It's a long time to 2025...

I agree, was told more information to come next month in the press. 300 cars are most likely sold out before the public drop as it's most likely the last beast produced. No inside info other than asking a salesman on if and when.

When do you think they'll release a V12 DBX? Too bad the V8 Manual DB11 never came to fruition and they cut short the V8 Vantage manual.
