I am planning to get primary cat delete done on my 2009 DB9.

I just recently watched video by Mike from BR and it scarred the hell out of me how ceramic from cat can get sucked in to the engine


has any one done this in USA any DIY or any mechanic resource who can do it for me

This kit deletes the primary cats and also replaces the secondary cats with less restrictive units. The primaries are the ones you are worried about.

I had the Velocity system installed on mine earlier this year. Make sure you do your research on a primary delete. The headers and high flow cats *significantly* change the sound of the car. In my opinion, the primary delete is only part of the mods required for a complete upgrade. I'm looking at modifying the high flow cats with an additional resonator to tone thing down a bit.

 

Saw a video where the owner removed the exhaust manifold. Cut an opening in the side, removed the catalytic material and welded the opening back up.
