Dyno from yesterday on Mustang MD-AWD-1100 at Krazy House Customs in NJ.

Video will be posted on on youtube later today. This power level is at only 5psi

Last week we rented NJ Motorsports Park and another R8 that we supercharged was torture tested in preparation for the Bull Run next week. The car was driven for 5 hours by 3 drivers and performed flawlessly. This car will be featured on the cover of European Car as well as garage419.com in the next few months.

Ben, thanks for your cooperation in this development!

Its the full system. Direct port water/meth is an addl. $5k. This car was dyno'd without the water meth system. There are alot of parts in this kit but when its all installed it looks very simple. Most people that see it think it came on the car. The system is intercooled and we use 3 heat exchangers in the front bumper that look 100% OE Audi. Here are a few pics...
Website will be updated with all of this soon.

Installed in the car...

Oh, and since Ben has the orange caliper theme going...

We were hungry on the way back from the dyno so we looked for some place "orange" to eat hilarious

AWESOME, Tony. I see that the corrected stock numbers line up with factory claims (without the exhaust). Does the blower come with a separate oil reservoir?

Yes they do. Your exhaust did add some power to the stock car as you can see. The SC oil is self contained in the blower. M90 is an OEM approved unit good for 100,000 miles of service. We are excited to have you drive your SC R8 from PA to WA state!

One of our G4 Stage2 customers just drove his 2007 S4 Avant from here to New Mexico!

Thanks a lot, Tony. Can't wait to get it next week and I greatly appreciate what you guys (and Ben of course) have done to make it happen.

It will be an interesting drive to say the least! If you were me would you try to get the SC oil changed somewhere in between?

The SC oil never has to be changed, ever. It is a special synthetic oil developed by eaton. The lubricant is in the gear housing of the blower. It works much like the oil in a diff. The oil should be checked every 10,000 miles and if it need it, topped off. The SC system is really maintenance free.

You guys have come a long way since I had my S4 chipped in the garage at your house back in 2000. Congrats to you, sick work!!

DNugget991GT3 Jul 2, 2009 05:49 PM

you guys did my friends 2007 a8 w12

those stock numbers seem very optomistic though
every other r8 ive seen on the dyno is producing between 305-310 to the wheels....

what does it do on the 1/4 mile, and what is the 60-130

were these numbers on 93 octane ? how much weight is added to the car ?

also are those numbers rwhp or awhp ?

very impressive though... 100 horses to the wheels is a huge improvement. i bet it must be a blast to drive.

Good observation, Steve. The "stock" dyno was with my car, and it has a freer Stasis exhaust that adds some HP. Stasis claims 17hp in one press release I read on it a while back. But looking at the red HP line, it does look like it is tapering off around 330WHP. That would be consistent with what you're saying about other dyno results you've seen, plus the exhaust. I did break the car in pretty hard, maybe that has added a couple of HP :D
