New shoes for my Lady

It took a while to have these made, but my lady finally has some new shoes.
20" ADV1 - 5.1 Satin Black. Good choice or too aggresive?

What part of the car ISN'T aggressive? lol

Normally I don't like black or solid 5-spoke wheels, but on this car it just works. BTW, You did well with having those side panels in black, IMHO.

Put it this way- for MY taste (and I know this is YOUR car, not mine, so your satisfaction is all that matters) It could be better (ie something other than 5-spokes and perhaps a lighter finish); but it could also be worse...FAR WORSE!! ...Meaning if you like it, leave it. That's a very aggressive appearing package, and if that is what you want to attain, you've got it. Like a special ops ride or something.
Thanks for sharing that nice Audi.

Weird....part of me likes it and part of me thinks you could've done better with the wheel selection. This isn't a knock on what you've done with the car at all so please don't take it that way. I love an aggressive set up. That's what I was going for with my C4S. I chose a 5 star design as well since I love the way it exposes the brakes. I just think for YOUR ride what you have is good, but it could also be better if you decided to go with a different type of wheel later. You have a beautiful ride man so I hope this doesn't offend.

No offence taken. It took me a while to find exactly what I wanted and I'm happy with the result. My 996tt has Techart Formula's and I really like them. These ADV1's are pretty similar and just as aggressive, so that's why I chose them for my R8. Everyone has different tastes in fine things, and wheels on cars are certainly no exception.

I like it. Most of the wheels I see on R8's are some version of a mesh wheel so I like that you went with something different. The rear offsets look aggressive but it works.
