Do these fit on a stock S7 without spacers?

Don't think so, may require small spacers - we're testing a set on an S7 next week.

Actually, we just test fitted them. We have a conical 20x10.5 Fitment that clears S7 Calipers NO PROBLEM. They are in stock in both Satin Black & Gloss Silver.

Here is an image of a A7 we recently did on the 20x10.5 fitment.

Would the 20x9 ET 25 clear the calipers of an S7? I'd like to use the stock tires (265/35-20)

It seems like this would be a little less aggressive than the 10.5 et 35, but more aggressive than the stock wheels. Is this correct?

Are these hub centric to Audi's?

Correct...I'm pretty sure it will clear the calipers because the 10.5 will, which is a medium offset wheel. I have to check my data when I get in tomorrow to be sure - email me if you're interested: GregL@HREWheels.com.
