Hey guys, why can't I find some boost for these 4.2 Quattro A8 cars.

Personally I'd like to strap on a blower and get a bit more torque.

Anyone know how I can get this done?

What about trading in for a A8 V8 4.0TT

Ultimately that may be my only choice.

How should I start that conversation with the wife?


Yeah this is my first Audi. So I figured I would play with a recent model before I go for the all out slippery slope. S8 or A8L W12 would be the two choices beaded on my tastes and knowledge of Audi thus far.

A good friend of mine has an RS7. It's great. But I can't have the same ride as him.

Have you looked at VF Engineering? They may have one. I know there are a few Rs4's running around with SC's. I can't remember what company though.

Looks like I'll be making a call to them this week. I see the V8 RS4 package should somehow be able fit with minor mods.

Hell, I'll machine it if someone could just tell me what's different about the two.
