WTB: Mini Cooper S
WTB: Mini Cooper S
Hey Guys,
Looking for a fun commuter car to beat around in and the Mini Cooper S has caught my eye. Looking for the following:
- 2004+ model years
- S version only (JCW package a plus)
- less than 30k miles
- clear title with NO accident or repaint history
- preference in colors: dark grey, dark blue, black
Let me know what you have, where you are located, and how much you are asking?
I'm a serious buyer ready to buy asap.
Thanks in advance,
Fastfreddy

FF, I'm looking for the same car.
Are you interested in the R53 (<2007) or R56 (2007+)?
How about options? You want a basic car or something fully loaded?
I've found several good cars on autotrader.

I might put my Works GP up but it's a touch more expensive than the S (full JCW package,no back seats, 218hp stock) and only 400 in the U.S (2000 worldwide). It has the M7 carbon radiator shroud, M7 front strut tower bar, and Hotchkis rear sway bar. 12,xxx miles. Wifes car. $29K firm.

YoTro,
Prob a R53. Nothing too fancy on the option side...unless it has the jcw package

I'm feeling out the sale of mine right now. Hyper Blue '06, 24.5k mi, Hankook RS2s put on one week back. Dyno-tuned it last night, came out to 189 whp (~215 at the crank) and 168 lb ft, and at 2,700 lbs, the car is pretty quick. In addition to the tune, the car has a pulley, intake, exhaust, larger sway, and other misc parts. If you're interested, e-mail me at sknandigam@gmail.com. The car has seen four track days, for what it's worth. I'm not sure that I can part with it yet, but late-model 996s have caught my attention.
