Cash + 2006 M3 Titanium, Loaded/Nav/HK. PSS9/UUC SSK. Under 10k miles, mint.

Or 2001 S4 Avant Manual + Cash, ~440hp. (and you can make more power if you want with this "project" wagon) Fully Modded including Brakes, Low miles (58k), timing belt done.

If the seats in the RS4 fold, I'm intrested.

Would you consider a trade for a 2006 M3 Interlagos Blue Competition w/ SMG, NAV, 20.000 miles plus a little $$$?

Very nice ride. Unsure if this is unique to me since I turnover cars so much, but the 9% sales tax everytime I have to satisfy my car itch is killing me each year (sometimes twice a year). I have an 05 997S that I love but would love to trade and take this RS4 off your hands. Although unsure if I want to take another $5k - $6k tax hit. Any of you guys figure out how to get around this or soften the hit for people who turnover cars so much?

Sorry to change the subject. I've been RS4-crazy lately and your is perfect. And local too! Ha - that never happens!

You should only have to pay Sales Tax on the difference in price if you are trading your car.

For example, if you are trading your 997S for the Audi RS4 straight up, with no cash, you should not owe any sales tax to the state of WA.

Yeah, but the seller's looking for an e46 M3, not a C2S, so I'd have to sell to someone else and pay taxes all over again. Don't mean to complain, it's the cost of of the addiction - just curious if someone figured anything out to avoid the repetitive hit.

I know what you mean. In CA you can find a buyer that can help out with a little smudgy smudge if you know what I mean.

But in WA doesn't look like it works that way.

There really is no other way around it. It isn't considered a "sales tax" when you're purchasing a car from a private party, they call it a "use tax" which is the same thing, but you're just paying the state to "use" the car on public streets lol. I really hate that about WA. It needs to be like AZ, no sales/use tax on private party sales.

I think the trade in thing works only if a dealer is invloved not private party to private party. There you only pay tax only on the difference in price.

Love the Ibis White. My favorite color on the RS4

Is it still available? Also, are there any shipping options, or is it local only?

Beautiful car,
Thanks

Great color, Michael! I'm almost turning my eyes towards creating a B5 RS4 from the ground up now instead of an M3. Who the heck knows!

Best of luck with the sale,
Brad

That's what I'm saying, and he could start with this, to satify the trade
http://cardomain.com/ride/536166 + 25k in his pocket.
