I prefer private party. IL has a 1500 flat tax for private party purchase. Othwerwise its 9%.

Plus now i am thinking of 2010...the delta is not much these days.

 

Be cautious. After looking at as many gt3's as I could find the majority had low mileage but many track laps. I had cars put up on a lift to see the whole story underneath. You can tell a car thats been driven hard by the underside. Finally waited and found a super clean garage queen that was even a few thousand cheaper than beat up track cars I had looked at. It was privately owned by a yuppie not a lease return snatched up by these small luxury car dealers which I would stay away from
