I have loved owning the car and being part of the community, which has been extremely helpful and friendly. Overall it's been a solid, reliable 550rwhp daily driver (never seen a dyno) that I have driven 3 or so times a week.
The Forums' very own Bmoores was largely responsible for the build to where the car is today, as well as piloting it to 200.9mph in the standing mile and a 5.73 60-130.
Steve at driver's source has been super helpful and knowledgable in the car's build and maintenance. I want to thank both of them for making this ownership experience unforgettable.
New pictures available within the thread and BMoore's original post is here:

the only changes i've made are the car now sits on fully polished 19" HRE 845R's.
The car is in excellent condition; has been meticulously maintained and pulls like a freight train. There is no shortage of people on this forum who have seen this car with BMoores and with myself. I was skeptical at first buying a car unseen - but the references here were overwhelming and continue to be. I am flexible on price and trades, but like I said - work and finances are forcing this unwanted sale. If you're looking for a stock motor, reliable high horsepower 996 - I would argue this is one of the forums' most well sorted example.
You will see me in a 997 in the near future because of my experience with this car.

Can't believe you're selling already Ajay! Bump and vouch for him... he bought the 895's from me and everything went flawless.

Edwin, I really don't want to be selling believe me! I am making a radical unexpected career change and it is depressing to have to sell it.
Ben took the rollbar out and put the stock seats back in since I wanted a street car. The stock wheels remained with Bmoores also.
It is still RWD but the parts are all there to convert back.
If I could keep the car, I would go back to AWD and get a tamer clutch since its unlikely i'll have race fuel in it and rip down an airstrip anytime soon. Some prefer the RWD setup and it can be argued as a better configuration; I personally like to feel the drag and softened feedback in the wheel from awd.
Those mods and a stereo would make this an untouchable street car in my opinion.
For a full price offer I am willing to sweeten the deal with a couple extras. just let me know if you're serious.

Questions... is it still RWD, and are the mods the same as in the previous owner's post (roll bar, seats, etc.)?
