I’m the 2nd owner and purchased the car from a fellow M3post member located in San Diego in May 2011 when the car had about 7k miles. It has about 14 months and/or 21k+ miles left on the factory warranty as it was purchased in late July 2010 from Sterling BMW in Newport Beach (Sticker Price was $73,625). The car has either been in a garage or covered parking structure at work most all of the time when it was not been driven. This is a California car despite being registered in Nevada. The car has been well taken care off with no accidents, paintwork, stories, never tracked, etc. I recently performed the 30k mile service at my local dealer.
