996TT powered by the infamous Mezger engine. This engine is bulletproof and not prone to the myriad of failures that the 996's M96 engine is exposed to (IMS, cylinder scoring, etc). Most would say that the Mezger is the best engine Porsche ever made.

New clutch. *** The transaxel has been fully upgraded by Porsche (no 2nd gear pop-out or any of the other issues that affect all other 996 TT's Getrag gearboxes) !! *** This car mechanically is rock-solid and everything has been taken care of.
