F/S 997 Turbo, Chrono, manual, adapt-sport seats, carbon pkg, diff-lock!
Year: 2007
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $57500
Mileage: 60610
Color: Silver
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): NC
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: 4WD & AWD
Recent maintenance:
60,000 mile service has been done (Engine Oil/Filter changed, Cabin filter replaced).
Replaced the A/C compressor at 57,718 (It now blows ridiculously cold)
Replaced the clear stone guards. (Previous ones were yellow-ing, as they all will do).
The rear tires were replaced 4/30/14 (58,286)
Replaced the Front Lip spoiler - Previous had usual speed-bump wear
New Interstate battery installed in earlier this month
I also replaced the factory hydraulic wing pumps with a fixed-mount system. Every single turbo will eventually have a leak in one of the pumps and you can either replace or re-build the pumps, or do-away with them completely. This gives you both more reliability and a little less weight. The system that is on there is completely height adjustable. Right now its set somewhere in the middle of the 12 available heights. I do still have the hydraulic system and will be included with the car should you want to have them rebuilt for whatever reason. Most of the turbo's you see that have had a fixed wing put on did so because of the pumps. Others are probably low mileage that it hasn't happened to yet. It's pretty much a guarantee that at some point, the pumps will be replaced/rebuilt.
Other than the A/C compressor and the hydraulic spoiler, this car has been rock solid and is an absolute blast to drive.
Minor Cosmetic Flaws - I'll try my best to disclose everything so that there are zero surprises. The most notable is a small crack in the carbon center console near the e-brake. Small marks on driver-side door near map pocket and window switches. and some rub on the inside edge of the driver's door, not really visible when the door is closed. There is also some normal seat wear on the heavily bolstered sport seats. All of these are shown in the pictures below.
The paint on this car is in fantastic condition as you can see in the pictures.
Special Factory Options:
220 - Axle-Differential Lock
425 - Rear Wiper

Also installed in the car is the Passport SRX radar detector and laser shifting unit. This is mounted discretely in the front bumper, on the license plate, and the control unit is in the center console compartment. There is also a status LED to the left of the steering column so you can be alerted even when the volume is low. Laser shifting means that the unit will by you time to slow down before a speed is sent back to the inquiring device.

With a lien on the title, how would this work to ensure the title clears to the new buyer? And vice versa, how would the process work to make sure funds are cleared "properly" to the seller?
