Rare Mercedes Benz 190E 2.3 16V. Runs & Looks like new. 62K Miles.
Factory Cosworth Head with Factory Recardo Seats & Effects PKG.
This Car was a Limited run with only 500 shipped out for 1987.

This Model took a 1St Place Win for the 1985 / 24 Hours of Le Manns
in Italy for the 190 Class. The Car has amazing performance and is
fuel efficient, fun to drive & stunning on the road. Comes with the 5 speed
GetRag transmission with walnut dash & door trims.

I have owned this Car for the Past 24 Yrs. and the 3rd Owner.

This is the best example I've seen in a while. A collectible for sure. An apples-to-apples e30 M3 would be 60-75K. This is more rare! You've owned it this long, you should keep it. It could be the next Gullwing one day, especially with the attrition of both this model and original e30 M3's left. I own one (e30M3), which is why I can't afford to add this to my '80's garage as much as I am tempted. I had a '90 190E 2.6 in the same color back in college and this would definitely be a throwback to my automotive roots! GLWS!

I used to drive this car in Europe and the OP has a formidable example. I remember the DTM where this car competed with the M3s. The M3 is just considered a bit more race bred edgy and is barely faster plus the BMW marketing around it has created more of a hype compared to this extremely rare gem!
