WTB: Porsche 997 Carerra S/4S

Looking to buy a 911. I am looking for a well cared for 997. Closer the better. If you are not in the general Knoxville, TN area, I will want a PPI done at the local Porsche dealership if it comes to that and will need shipping on the vehicle. I would prefer to keep the car sub-$40K. I would spend more for a Mexico Blue. Mild modifications are acceptable. Let me know what you have. It's priced a little higher than what you said you would like to spend but my car is listed for sale here. It's an 06 C4S with 41k miles on it. It's GT Silver with Cocoa full leather. The car really is about as clean an example as you'll find, a one owner, properly maintained and very well cared for. Services are all up to date and I'd be more than happy to bring it for a PPI. Also, there is a little room in my current asking price.
