Unfortunately the time has come to sell my 09 997TT. This car is loaded with almost every factory option. Original MSRP $143,000k I am the 2nd owner of this car, the first was a doctor in Florida who bought it brand new (no lease) and drove it for almost its entire life. It has been dealer serviced for almost everything, mostly in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The car is currently located in Dallas, TX. Do not let the mileage discourage you, this car is in fabulous condition. The interior and exterior condition are fantastic. The interior is great, very minimal wear. Usually with higher mileage cars you see the rubberized interior coating wearing out really bad. Not the case here. I never even took the dealer plastic off the floors, so they are perfect. Exterior there is one small spot on the front bumper where the clear coat looks like its degrading and there are the normal scratches on the lower valance from steep inclines. Nothing inconsistent with normal wear. I can provide pictures upon request. Mechanically I have had no problems and this car is driven almost daily. It is also completely stock and unmodified. Being a 2009, it is equipped with Porsche PCM 3.0 touchscreen nav system and computer. I'm told only around 500 911 Turbos were made in 2009, making this a rare find with this many options in such a favorable color combo. I am asking for considerably less than what I have in the car, but toys have to go in favor of building a new house. Thanks for looking everyone!
