I dont think the price is "High AF" at all for a 11k miles 997.1 manual with pccb
I would get the sensors fixed its cheap ($250-$300) and easy so the car can be mint and also save the new owner the hassle especially if hes paying 80k plus for the car.
you should get close to your asking price, glws

The price is actually spot on right for this car. Clean car, well maintained and documented, well optioned. The price is RIGHT AF

...and side note I cant stand when people troll these threads and just comment on the price in a negative way, especially when they have 31 posts and probably as much money in their bank account.

Beautiful car! How's the hood under the wrap? Any chips or distortions? Any chips anywhere? Any other clear bra or protection elsewhere? And in one of the photos it appears you had different wheels at some point. Do the current wheels have the TPMS intact but malfunctioning, or are they completely absent?
