FS: 2002 911 Turbo

5 Attachment(s)
3 Owner car. Originally from New Mexico. Purchased in Dec 2008 with 35K on it. I have all service records for the car.

Seal Grey with black interior. Porsche comfort seats. Homelink added as part of rear view mirror, upgraded parking lights to LED’s, radio Pioneer avic z2 with ipod adapter. clear bra.

Engine Modifications:
Borg Warner OEM K24 Turbos modified to with a 40 lb/min compressor upgrade. The wastegates changed to AMS 1 bar gates allowing the turbos to hold more than 1 bar as well as offering increased spool and better regulation.

Hitachi Mass Air Flow Meter conversion. 5 BAR Fuel Pressure Regulator and Custom Tuned GIAC Software with Multi mode (Pump Gas and Race Gas)

A/R Design Full Exhaust. Equal length runner headers and Exhaust. The Cat’s are removable with “testpipes” for the system.

A/R Design Intercoolers

Suspension:
Bilstien SPP9 Coil-Overs. Ride height adjustable with compression and rebound adjustments. H&R Adjustable sway bars front and rear.

Car has factory brakes and comes with 2 sets of wheels. One is Turbo Twist factory wheels with summer tires (5,000 miles old) and Winter wheels with snow tires.

This car was the prototype for A/R Design’s development of the intercoolers and exhaust.

Dyno tested the car (in 2 wheel drive with the center drive shaft removed from the car) and it made 525 on a Mustang Dyno here in Denver.

The miles I have put on the car are almost all highway miles. This car is driven regularly in Denver and makes the trip from Denver to Colorado Springs once a week. I have taken it to one track day.

Two flaws: There is a closed crack in the windshield, and someone hit my back bumperette and cracked it.

How's the maintenance and have the common issues with the car been fixed? It's a very a beautiful car and looks like it's been well maintained.

Thank you! It was hard to put it up for sale.

I have all the maintenance records for the car, all the work I have had done has been by Autobahn Premier Services in Denver. Changed oil every 5000 miles with synthetic.

No water or oil leaks.

Car runs perfectly.

Off topic: you don't have anything to do with old ski apparel called "Quimbola Man" do you?

wontonjon 07-04-2017 03:08 PM

So tempting....and you're so close! (I'm in the Spgs).

Pic on Flickr of L rear wheel - is that a scuff mark on the panel or just dirt?
Re: bumperette/cracks- what would a fix for that run?

Thanks!

quimbola 07-06-2017 08:30 AM

The picture of the left wheel is just dirt. The bumperette fix I was quoted $500.00.

I'm the Springs every Thursday if you want to take a look at it.
