It's come time to part ways with my golf r. It's been a great experience and has served me well for nearly the last four years. This car has been dead reliable during my/previous ownership. It's been built with all proper supporting modifications and needs nothing. I had originally purchased the car in the fall of 2017 in anticipation of my daughter being born. I had sold my "fun" coupes and opted to move into the mk7 platform for it's balanced mix of performance and functionality. Now that my family has moved into the burbs, my wife got an x5 which takes over as the baby hauler and allows me to transition back into my own car. I purchased the car with roughly 18k miles on it from the original owner who was a meticulous hobby detailer. The car has always been garage kept its entire life and very well maintained. I've never experienced any problems and the car is accident free. The car was never driven in snow conditions but has been caught a handful of times with salt on the ground. After every winter, the car would have the undercarriage washed and detailed. The car was also ceramic coated when I first purchased the car. I'm very particular with cars myself and performed all maintenance and modifications in my garage fitted with a lift. Oil was just changed in anticipation of the sale and the car is ready to go to the new owner. The mileage currently stands at 31k miles and the title is free and clear. The previous owner was a 43 year old father of two and I'm currently a 41 year old father so you can be sure this car has been well taken care of and never beaten on. The car has never been to the strip or track and only used to its potential on some roll racing. I'll try to break down the details of my car.

I believe that completes my list of modifications. In the car's current configurations, it should be putting down about 400whp/400wtq. Now I want to be as transparent with the car as possible. The car has pretty sat in the garage for the last 5 months on a tender. It was started weekly to keep fluids moving around. Unfortunately, there was a small mishap with all the moving boxes/stuff that was stored along with the car in the garage. My leaf blower tipped over when I was moving some boxes around and created two small minimal dings on the side of the rear passenger door. Both of these can be pdr'd. Second, also while being stored in the garage during our move, a small rub mark appeared on the front driver's side bumper. Should easily be buffed out. Third, there is a tiny scratch on the top of the rear bumper when I was taking out a heavy bag and it rubbed on it. Lastly, there is a tiny scratch on the back edge of the rear bumper from when I was reversing into my garage and forgot to move the garden cart. Yes I'm being picky but I want to be as transparent as possible and not waste anyone's time. I forgot to take close up pictures of the imperfections but can forward them to any interested parties. I'm very picky and meticulous about my cars and this is a very well cared for clean example. I'm looking to get 29k for the car. Was not able to message you. Is the car Pa inspected and how far from Lancaster are you?

 

I'm about 45 minutes from lancaster in Devon pa. The car is currently registered and inspected through NY as I recently relocated to the area. I don't see why it would have any problems with inspection in pa. There are no codes or any issues.
