318 two barrel LA v8, 37k miles since a full rebuild.

Body is excellent condition
Body mileage is unknown, the odometer works but was possibly reset when the rebuilt engine was installed.

Asking $12500 obo and looking for a quick sale. Car is Located in Central NJ.

Exterior Condition
Front Bumper: Very good. No noted defects.
Grille: Good. No noted defects with the exception of heavy pitting on the grille surround.
Hood: Good. No noted defects with the exception of minor chips on the left rear corner.
Right Fender: Good. No noted defects with the exception of white paint splattered on top of the red paint, and a 3" black scuff in front of the wheel opening.
Right Door(s): Good. No noted defects.
Right ¼ Panel: Good. No noted defects with the exception of two 1" cracks in the paint at the top edge.
Right Rocker: Good. No noted defects.
Rear Bumper: Very good. No noted defects other than minor staining which should be able to be removed.
Trunk Lid: Good. No noted defects.
Left ¼ Panel: Good. No noted defects with the exception of a 1" scratch forward of the wheel opening.
Left Door(s): Good. No noted defects with the exception of two small areas of rust under the paint at the lower rear corner.
Left Rocker: Good. No noted defects.
Left Fender: Good. No noted defects.
Roof: Good. No noted defects.
Decals / Emblems: Good. No noted defects other than ordinary wear and tear.
Glass: Good. No noted defects other than ordinary wear and tear but no chips or cracks.
Lenses: Good. No noted defects other than ordinary wear and tear.
Mirrors: Good. No noted defects other than ordinary wear and tear.
Stainless / Chrome Trim: All trim has very minor dings.
Wheels: Heavy pitting and moderate rust.
Tires: Front are Cooper Trendsetter size P215/70R14 with 95% read remaining. Rear are BF Goodrich Radial T/A size P245/60R15 with 95% tread remaining.
Miscellaneous: None.

Under Hood Condition
Engine: The engine number (247677 does not match that of the VIN). The engine is predominantly original with no major visible major modifications. There are no visible leaks top or bottom. The engine shows the ordinary cosmetic wear and tear commensurate with a vehicle of this age and mileage.
Engine Bay: The engine bay is predominantly original with no major visible major modifications. The engine bay shows the ordinary cosmetic wear and tear commensurate with a vehicle of this age and mileage.
Miscellaneous: The windshield washer fluid reservoir is cracked and the hose is not connected. The original fuel line has been abandoned. The headlight door linages and actuators are missing and a home-made vacuum system has been installed to assist the brakes. This system has been abandoned but is still present. The battery tray is rotted. The transmission output shaft seal is leaking. The transmission inspection plate is missing.

Interior Condition
Seats: Good. No noted defects.
Dash: Heavily cracked and deteriorated. There is a new dash pad in the trunk.
Gauges: Good. No noted defects. All function properly and all indicate within proper parameters with the engine hot or cold. The clock does not work.
Door Panels: Good. No noted defects other than a small puncture at the bottom of the drivers side door panel and a small puncture at the top of the passenger side door panel.
Convertible Top (Frame-Pads-Bows-Etc.): N/A.
Interior Of Trunk: Good. No noted defects. No spare tire, jack, or hardware.
Carpet: Good. No noted defects other than minor wear and tear.
Console: N/A.
Headliner: Good. No noted defects. The sunvisors are split on the seams.
Miscellaneous: All lights, levers, controls, switches, and accessories function with the following exceptions: The cigarette lighter does not function, the air-conditioning vents remain closed, the headlight doors do not function (the linkage is missing), the windshield washer does not function (the reservoir is cracked), the clock does not function.

Under Vehicle Condition
Chassis: Very good. No noted defects.
Suspension: The front upper control arm bushings are heavily worn.
Exhaust: Good. No noted defects other than surface rust.

Provenance: Transferable New York Registration.

Comments: Upon first inspection the vehicle presents well. Fit and finish of body panels
is good, but the finish shows minor wear and tear and imperfections as a function of age.
These imperfections are visible upon close inspection, and they consist predominantly of
minor texture to the paint, very minor chips, and minor localized shrinkage of the paint,
minor scuffs, and minor scratches. They are only visible upon close inspection and are
too small to photograph. It is important to note that for the purposes of this report the
term “Good. No noted defects,” when used in the Exterior Condition section does not
mean that the item is perfect. It simply means that there are no defects in addition to those mentioned in the preceding paragraph, or itemized within the report. Any larger defects are itemized in the report.
The interior of the car is in overall very good condition. Any defects are noted in
the report.
The undercarriage of the vehicle in excellent original condition, having not been
restored, and shows only the minor wear and tear commensurate with a vehicle of this
age. All body panels, including the floor pans appear to be original. The same applies to
the trunk and engine bay.
The engine starts easily with no smoke or unusual sounds and quickly settles into
a smooth idle. The engine accelerates smoothly. The transmission slips on the upshift
from 1st to 2nd gear.
The suspension and steering are tight. The car stops in a straight line even under
heavy braking, however, the power assist portion of the brakes does not appear to be
functioning. There are no unusual squeaks or rattles.

The purpose of this inspection is to establish the condition of the vehicle.
