Carfax available. Very clean in and out. Black interior with factory carbon fiber package and Rotex front seats. The paint is excellent and has Xpel clear shield on the front bumper, front fenders, hood, a-pillars, roof in front of the sunroof, air intakes, and extended on the front quarters in front of the wheels and the strip behind the wheels.

Modifications:
PSS10 suspension w/ less than 10k miles
1.2 bar GIAC tune with 1 bar waste gates and "Stock/Race/Kill/Valet" settings
AWE exhaust
Adjustable rear upper control arms
2.5 Sachs clutch and lightweight flywheel
Short shifter

The car comes with the OZ wheels shown in the pictures as well as a set of 996 GT2 wheels and a set of 996 GT3 wheels, all of which are straight and unblemished.
[EDIT] The GT2 and GT3 wheels are now also listed for sale separately on this site. The price for the car WITH the two additional sets of wheels included is still the original $47k for as long as the wheels are available, if interested.
If you aren't interested in the extra sets of wheels, or in the event that they sell, the asking price for the car WITHOUT the GT2 and GT3 wheels is $44k.

The guys at GIAC tell me the tune is optimized for 93 but will run on 91. Unfortunately I do not have the HP #'s for 91 octane.

Thank you sir, I hate to sell it but it is time. Unfortunately the original seats are not available. I am including the GT2 and GT3 wheels along with the OEM exhaust to try and offset the seats. The car is located at my place of work near love field.

does the rear spoiler function properly? have the coolant lines been pinned? how extensive is the paperwork that you have on the car - what else do you have besides the manuals, brochures, window sticker that is shown in the pics?

love field area is rather close. i can easily get down there to take a look at the car.

The coolant lines have not been pinned. I do have some of the service records but not all of them. The manuals, brochures, window sticker and second key is all I have in the way of factory books. The car is ready to add gas and drive, no service needed at this time.
