Not in the market but I'd love to see more photos. Slate/meteor on tan is such a good combo, and with PCCBs that looks like a real winner.

PCCB or not these cars are great! manuals are great for pleasure driving and or older models and I think the perfect daily/track toys are the 2014+ TTS (coupe or vert) due to their standard equipments. There's so much aftermarket support now to even make them crazy fast retaining the stock motor. A friend has a white 2014 TTS with FBOs very unassuming stance and does 9s all day long on Michelins with a best of 9.6! Crazy! Shopping for a good deal now, lol

Prices for >40k mileage 997TT 6MT will continue to rise, why?
Save the manuals....
Metzger is a very desirable power plant.
The aftermarket industry is becoming more & more accessible on the 997TT, the days of canned tunes are gone, and lots has evolved.
I have yet to see any sub 40k 6MT's under $75k AND I've looked as I'm in the market.
pccb will come with a premium.
certain colors will also come with a premium: white, red, slate grey, pts. Cheapest will be black.

6 speed 997s are definitely commanding a premium. Cars with less than 40k miles, even more so. I got offered $ 80k on my 6 speed that has 34k miles. I just sold 2 cars (my F430 and my SL-C) in less than a month and I am down to two fun cars - the 911 being one of them, so I was a little hesitant. I think I could have sold it for $ 85k if I really pushed for it. I thought about putting it up for sale for $ 90k to see what happened - it has tons of mods: wheels, EVT750, protomotive tuned, and is in 9/10 condition inside and outside. Makes 635awhp/635lbstq and runs on flexfuel, but loooooves corn.

They're out there if you look. I passed on at least 5 this winter, all one owner cars too. A couple family members fell ill during that time, plus snow storms so I couldn't make the trips to see them. Two months ago, there was a 20k miles for $74K in CA dealership, one owner, but it had paintwork, so I passed. That sold in 2 days.
