In all fairness, it looks like half that increase could be taken up in the Ohlins suspension, tint, and paint protection. But it is good to see that the 996TT's are increasing in value.
I've got a handful of questions about the car:

I've got a handful of questions about the car:
- Do you have any pictures of the underside? I'm curious what kind of corrosion might be present on things like suspension bolts, exhaust, etc. after eight years in the Northeast. Granted, with so few miles it may never have been driven when cold outside.
- Are there any service records from the 3rd owner (18k - 33k)? I was not able to find any online.
- Did you have a PPI done before purchase, and if so would you be willing to share that report?
- What is your impression of the Ohlins R&T compared to the original suspension? How about compared to the H&R lowering springs?
- Is the carbon trim delaminating?

I can get pictures of the underside, there is zero corrosion anywhere underneath. All suspension bolts came loose very easily and there is not even a hint of rust under it.
I do have some stuff as far as records that were emailed to me from the previous seller along with some hard copies. Major service prior to me was done at 25K, the receipt for the bov is there, few oil changes.
I did have a PPI done and but i ended up speaking to the shop that worked on it. The biggest thing for me was the range 2 rev and it had none.
I love the ohlins, I have H&R springs which will also be included along with the OEM shocks and springs also. Ohlins make the car way more predictable, the H&R was too soft IMO.
The carbon on the dash was delaminating, but i had it fixed by a buddy that works with carbon. He sanded it and recleared it and then put it back in place with some type of epoxy he uses.

You are right on the money on how i priced the car with ohlins, protections and a few other things i have done such as motor mounts and such that i didn't list. Also the price is a little bit Negotiable, i priced it as i did to weed out lowballers.

the sunroof on the 996 is an abomination, good to see one spec'ed without it.
Looks like the original owner put a lot of attention on details when ordering the car - he just forgot X50!
Beautiful car, in the market but this is out of my price point. GLWS
