Decided to sell the car and move on to something else. Car is a beast for a big heavy sedan. If you’ve never driven an RS7 it’s quite an experience even bone stock. With the APR Stage 2 setup it rips! I haven’t pushed it to its limits but with this exact setup there are several guys doing 10 second 1/4 mile times and sub 3 second 0-60. On race gas it’s rated at 761HP and 793 ft/lb torque. With the Milltek exhaust and the downpipes the car has wicked sounding pops and burbles in dynamic/sport mode but in comfort mode it’s quiet.
So RS7’s have a couple things that pop up which is the PCV, oil separator, and turbos have the potential to fail. I had the PCV and oil separator crap out and when the car was apart they noticed some minor shaft play in the turbos. Rather than ripping it apart again both turbos were fully rebuilt. The bill came out to around $7500 for all the work. All of this was done around 2000 miles ago. For the next buyer there’s some peace of mind knowing the car is as new and these issues were taken care of.
Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Should pass emissions. Almost all APR tunes have the emissions "deleted" so it always reads good. Visual inspection probably not (if anyone bothers to look and knows what they're looking at), unless he went with hi flow cats in the downpipes.

I believe what can be done to pass is to add spacers to the 02 sensors that go into the DP's and then switch it to the stock tune via the APR dongle. Worst case I can have them removed if smog is an issue.

The mods are $ so I understand the asking price. If for some reason you need out of it for around $50k I'll bite. The miles are my hold back as I drive a lot and before I know it I would be at 100k and no idea where values would go from there on the first gen rs7. If I didnt drive so much I would come up closer to your asking.
She's gorgeous though and perfect set of mods. Best of luck with the sale.
