Observations

a) private sale should net more than trade-in, however:
b) private sale will likely require cash, which may be problematic for many buyers, and:
c) mods are largely sunk costs that you will not recoup. Just watch any Mecum auction.

This is not (IMO) a car that you are likely to sell for your purchase price (or close), let alone make a profit. It’s an enthusiast’s car that (again IMO) is destined to be driven and enjoyed.

I don't think mods will hold much value tbh. Maybe part them out and sell separately. I usually consign or trade in. I don't have time to deal with tire kickers. Also for trading in, better to do it at an AM dealership. Non-AM will low ball you.

R u in So Cal? Talk to James Cox at AM San Diego and gauge a trade-in or consignment. I sold my 07 AM V8 years ago via consignment. Easiest transaction.

Btw, I know that owner of the purple V12. Met him a few times. Amazing looking Q-car.

You are better off removing the mods and recouping costs either here or some other online marketplace (facebook, ebay, etc.)

Private party is definitely going to net you more profit but will be harder to sell

$35k
been looking at these cars for last month or so. just my opinion based on recent research

man market dropped. paid close to $90k with warranty 5 years ago.

Now debating if worth upgrading or just keeping this since it dropped so much.

not sure if it'd be worth parting out either, very small market for Vantage mods, ask me how i know ;)

also not helping that there's like 5 of them for sale on this forum at the moment with very little movement, two for 12+ months on the market.
sorry man. very nice car tho, maybe just keep it?
