Been a while since I've been on. Clearly the Target for 15-25k is $80-83k MAX. 25-50k mileage is 72-75k MAX. Another example of one that hasn't sold in over 6 months below:

MMR on a 2011-2012 Turbo S w/ 25k (+/-) is 72-76k. Anybody else is dreaming and hopelessly optimistic

997.2 TTS with 63k mikes just sold on BAT for $76K plus buyers fee!!

I hope they stay higher for a while to come!!

You're up in the clouds - let us know when you come down. Always best to give prospective buyers a "real" sentiment on values. Here's a 3rd locally that's been up for over 9 months. Turbo S, ect, ect with seats and the CCB's that depreciate the car over steels with time

It all comes down to specs... A black turbo with standard seats and steel brakes will always be priced lower than a similar mileage loaded turbo S.

Up in the clouds? I just sold my 2010, non-S with 21k miles north of $90k...oh and it's black on black without PCCB. Sold in 2 days. All depends on the right buyer. For every car here's someone who wants the exact spec.

I'm familiar with the white one above because I looked into buying it. Look into it further and you'll see why it remains for sale....

Strange. Was offered well into the six figures for mine from multiple dealers. No purchase needed. Still wasn't enough to sell. I don't even care. Don't need to sell. Don't need the money. And don't have any emotional attachment to the car that would sku my perception of the market. Simple supply and demand.
