still searching for 2011 Turbo S
are there any "must have" options I should be looking for..
Im noticing that most of the turbos are from high end car dealers that must buy them right and tack on $15K for a quick profit?

Sold mine 18 months ago w/ 17k miles for $82k after 9 months of trying. Pristine, 2 owner, no accidents. From what I'm seeing, some pop up for slightly less but you need to act quickly and possibly be willing to ship

82K is a killer price, i cant find anything in the less than 90K range,,the high end used sports dealers are snapping them up and then asking 105-108K for them

I sold mine awhile back and it just popped up on the market. 1 of 1 ... pretty cool car if it's in your budget.

That is a STEAL for someone. A quick nationwide search on Autotrader a moment ago yields no 997.2 Turbo S's with under 20k miles under $99k. Most are 6 figures and the inventory is turning over every several weeks so they're selling even in the winter.

Not at all - I'm sure this local one can be had for 80k. Not an S, but still a good example of value. This has been on the market for over 6 months

By the way, my 2010 non-S turbo just sold in 1 day.
It all comes down to specs... A black turbo with standard seats and steel brakes will always be priced lower than a similar mileage loaded turbo S.

The S holds higher value overall. I know they're very similar but the S's sell for more.

I have a paint to sample RS green 2011 turbo S with 7,000 miles. A true unicorn. Will sell for 125k not a penny less. I doubt it's what you're looking for but if interested you can pm me. 2 owner. Lowest miles in the us pretty much. And certainly the rarest.

SO wished I had the funds for that TTS too!

This one gets my attention right away. Although I just starting shopping for a 997.2 TTS I see the value in your particular car AC SATCO. I'll send you a PM, as I would like to buy a PTS car if I can.
