Can legally be driven on the street, though check in your state for sure. This car has been in a few states (I believe it is this one, there aren't many with the twin charged kit), but usually with Atoms once it is registered in one state, getting it transferred is relatively simple. If the car nazis in VA allow it (and even can be street legal in CA) then I'm sure it's doable.

I feel like you need to provide some more details on the build. Who did the work? Do you have original receipts? Can you provide some details on the specifics? How have you used it?

Yes, I have all original receipts. I'll be glad to email them to anyone, jpbowman09@gmail.com. Track One did the work. I just drive the Ariel Atom to car shows and a little bit on some country roads. I have never tracked the vehicle. The DDMWorks kit has given me no issues and has only added a lot of performance. You can tune it down with the push of the button so the power is very manageable.
