Dumb question, what does the TA add?

 

Here is the article from Car and Driver when they tested it in 2014. The TA was the predecessor to the 2016-2018 ACR and was their track focused car for the year. It basically had a revised suspension and brakes, lots of carbon fiber and some other things not offered on other Vipers. The Track Attack (TA) was meant to take on the Corvette C6 ZR1 and beat it around a track which it did. There are videos of that too.

If there is another owner absolutely! This car is truly amazing and most people don't appreciate how easy it is to drive and live with. The previous gen versions have people thinking it only goes fast in a straight line but I can promise you that is not the case.
