Selling my 02' 996tt for $73,000.00 23k mls. 520+hp

This car has been driven very well but never ever abused!!!!!!
Modifications include: H&R super sport springs, Evom intake, FVD racing headers, cat bypass, straight pipes, FVD stage 3 DME, Schnell short shifter and last but not least APEXI' Turbo Timer. German based Porsche racing/performance company FVD of Pompano Beach has performed all of the performance work to ensure maximum performance and Porsche warranty compliance. Car also maintained by world famous Champion Porsche of Pompano Beach. All services taken care of by the most qualified mechanics. Other additions: brand new conti sport 2 rubber. In dash mp3 player w/ bose subs and window tints. It also has heated seats that come in handy on those frigid 57 degree Miami nights. Additionally car is a S. Fla.car and not a daily driver. Driven on weekends mostly. Never seen harsh weather conditions and has never been extensively exposed to the hot sun or salt air. I also have original exhaust if you're not interest in expelling blue flames from the exhaust tips between gears. If you have questions feel free to call me @ 561-702-2054cell. Yes, its the same car.
I bought it around 13,000 mls.
The previous owner was an older woman. I found her info in the glove box.
It was sooooooo clean when I bought it and still is. Get this she had the 15,000 service done at 12,939 mls. I found the receipt with a copy of her license. Let me know any other questions. Obviously, Im motivated, Im loosing over $27,000.00 in this car due to the 997 turbo's intro, perf. work, mileage and depreciation. Im ready to sell. I also have a nice M3 for sale $32,000 but kind of want to wait until my 2007 m3 rolls off of the line to let it go.
