Tim NO they won't you need 993 Sport Seats. the 996 seats have a diffent mounting pattern, and harness, Plus they sit higher.

I do not, but a friend of mine will chime in here and he knows a great place. His screen name is cadenceX and he works at carozerria design and they know some good places to do it right!
