i'm responding to an old post you made a couple of years where you solved your key fob problem by changing a fuse. i've opened my fuse box, and i see that there are two fuses for the security alarm system. neither, however, appear blown.

were your fuses actually blown before you changed them? i know this was a long time ago but any help you could offer would be appreciated. trying to avoid the big $$$ to have my keys redone.
