The Bumper is in storage but Kilrgt can vouch for it if you want, He is on the Board here and been a member for a very long time.
The bumper has the 3m guard on it still, 1 small rash on the button of the bumper that only affected the 3m not the bumper at all.
If i ship it UPS you are looking at $165.00-175.00 i can send it our Quick X or Western Logistics but you have to pick up from three terminal and that would be $100- $130.

From the pic that he posted it appears to be a regular '02-04 front bumper cover not a aerokit/gt3 bumper cover. Too bad, I'm local and would have been all over it.
