no, it does not say turbo on it.

 

The turbo script one is the upgraded AL version

 

That one is the one i'd prefer ( I have it currently in wood). Or a 997 shift **** if it will fit.

 

The 997 **** will fit, but the leather boot and mounting bracket won't.

Oh well, I can keep the stock leather boot and mounting bracket. I have a B M Short shifter (if that matters)

I love the feel of the 997 shifter. Played with it at the dealership today on a Boxster. The grip and feel of it is so much better than any 996 shift **** (and I have the updated one with Turbo written on it)

 

PS- NineNineSixTT: Got any pics of your car? I'm looking to go for a similar all blacked out look, but with a yellow stripe on the lip. U got 18's or 19's?
