Is there any difference in this part between a 996 and a 997?

Suncoast emailed a response to this question to me and said that was the price on their website, but it was for a 997. I haven't looked personally.

Just got off the phone with Suncoast. The windscreens themselves are the same between 2 and 4 wheel drive for the 996. The difference is the storage bags and the hardware on them that secure them within the trunk. Also, the price just dropped to $263. I now see that the OP post is from last summer so I see no harm in posting this vendor information in this thread.

 

I'm updating it now, I'm glad he brought it to my attention. Apparently Porsche dropped the price on these, and we never noticed. Sorry bout' that.
