is it front and rear sway bars...how much does it lower the car and stiffen the ride?

I have pic's in my gallery..

perfect ride , I have stock spring's on now and the ride is floaty and is not stable at speed's compared to the GMG !

Those lower the car exactly 20mm, no sagging ever! The ride is very doable on a DD, that is my current setup.
