Custom Supercharger Kit for BMW 3-5 series

EDIT: I don't have room for this in my garage, I need it gone!

$1500 you pay shipping.

This is a beautiful custom satin Anodized T-Trim Vortech Supercharger kit that made 644 rwhp on my M3. It cost over $12 to design and create.

You will need someone to tune, I can recommend someone depending upon where you are located (OE tuning in CA, my personal friend Jerry at Eurocharged here in Houston, AA in Florida).

Jerry will tune this car for less than $1K, OE charges $1200.

What else does one need in addition to this kit (e.g., intercooler, ECU, etc.) to make it work on a stock M3?

Thanks.

I have an air to water heat exchanger....you can get that or a traditional IC. The heat exchanger works great, especially if you load it up w/ ice for a short race (like a 1/4 mile or 60-130).

I am going to want a little extra for the heat exchanger. You are in CA so OE tuning is close to you.

This kit makes more power than AA's $9K kit, although I would not run that much boost on a stock block (about 10 pounds to safely make in the mid 400 rwhp range).

YoWils 11-24-2010 08:15 PM

I'm guessing you're not keeping your SC M3?

Dr_jitsu 11-24-2010 09:16 PM

I have had multiple unexpected financial hits....I have a nearly 800rwhp GT2, a 500 flywheel hp C63. I don't need 3 high hp cars, I need a minivan:)

I need to convert my M3 to an inexpensive daily driver so she is going back to na.

YoWils 11-24-2010 09:28 PM

Understood :)

So this supercharger is one of the many parts that make a stock M3 into your uniquely SC M3 (I guess the heat exchanger was one of the others)?

Dr_jitsu 11-25-2010 07:58 AM

The short answer is yes:)

Dr_jitsu 11-26-2010 02:07 PM

For an extra $250 I will include the BHS Air to water Heat Exchanger

Dr_jitsu 11-27-2010 12:18 PM

This kit will make more power than the ones that cost $11K from AA and VF.

It looks like my original buyer cannot find a car to go with this kit.

Anyone know of a low mileage E46 that will pass the CA visual (IE is unmodded)?

LUISGT3 12-01-2010 05:29 PM

Congrats on the little one Sean.

Dr_jitsu 12-01-2010 07:30 PM

Thanks Luis...well, it looks like I am just going to put the kit back on the car.

If we only run 6-8 pounds of boost she should be a reliable daily driver.

Dr_jitsu 03-30-2011 05:37 AM

still available

Dr_jitsu 04-02-2011 11:48 AM

I just picked up the kit from the shop, it has everything and I mean everything you need even spark plugs.

I don't have room for it in my garage so I need it gone:

$1500, you pay shipping.
