Watch out and don't buy stolen stuff.

Many indications this week from several people that parts are being tried on the market - watch out for stolen GMG harness bar, CF GT3 seats (alcantara/leather), TT brakes, arctic silver GT2 aerokit.

 

If you think parts are being tried on the market why not contact the seller and see if you can get some of your questions answered. I'd love a great deal on a GT2 wing, think you could hook it up j/k lol

 

My heart skipped a beat when I saw your thread title. I just bought a set of alcantera, carbon backed rottec seats off craigslist saturday. Mine are straight alcantera though, no leather. Best of luck.

I feel for you but it's more than 6 months ago since the car was stolen, get over it and move on. Life is too short!

 

I'm still feeling for you white and I hope the gutter snipe that stole your ride gets his just deserts. Firery death probably too good for him. Keep the flame lit !

 

+1, for your own sanity. This is going to drive you nuts. I learned the hard way that there is no justice in this world. Even if they round up all of these guys, which they won't, you'll still have that "I got screwed" feeling. I wish you the best of luck, though. Hopefully you can get the car back, or at least most of it, but the odds are that it's gone. I don't sell that "everything happens for a reason" line, so this is more of a "don't let it eat you up inside" message, instead. Good luck.

 

Just take my advise/words for it:

Don't buy any suspicous parts right now coming off a 996 track car (especially TT or "GT2") right now. Don't get entagled/caught buying stolen property.

It's all I can say at the moment.
