Part fits: Porsche 911 996 Turbo
Location (State): CA
Item Condition: Used

Looking to sell my OEM GT2 front bumper with just about all of the parts needed to do the conversion on a 996TT. I was in the midst of compiling the parts when a complete conversion in the same color as my car came up for sale locally so now these are just taking up space in my garage. The bumper I have is midnight blue but would need to be resprayed to look perfect. The following parts are also included:
  • Front Bumper Cover - 996 505 311 30
  • Air Inlet Trim for Bumper (left) - 996 505 563 30
  • Air Inlet Trim for Bumper (right) - 996 505 564 30
  • Air Inlet Trim for Bumper (center) - 996 505 561 30
  • 25x Speed Nuts (secures trim) - 999 507 258 02
  • Headlight Trim Bracket (left) - 996 505 539 03
  • Headlight Trim Bracket (right) - 996 505 540 03
  • Headlight Trim Gasket (left) - 996 505 741 30
  • Headlight Trim Gasket (right) - 996 505 742 30
  • Center Top Grille - 996 575 326 31
  • 6x Allen Screw (secures grille) - 900 623 012 07
  • 6x Hexagon Nut (secures grille) - 999 084 120 02
  • Lower Bumper Lip - 996 505 555 30
  • 2x Tapping Screw - 900 144 101 02
  • 2x Speed Nut - 999 507 072 02
  • Left Air Duct - 996 575 321 30
  • Right Air Duct - 996 575 322 30
  • Center Air Duct - 996 575 325 30
The only additional parts that would be needed to complete the conversion are as follows:
  • Front Wheel Well Liner (left) - 996 504 123 90
  • Front Wheel Well Liner (right) - 996 504 124 90
  • Center Air Duct to Grille 996 575 141 30
  • 2x Spacer Sleeve 996 504 679 31
  • 2x M8x16 x 80mm headbolts
  • Cooling hose solution
I just checked autoatlanta.com and dcauto.com and you can get all of these parts for about $500. Suncoast or other sources may have better prices than what I found. With all of the parts I have plus those listed above, you can do the conversion perfectly and always have the ability to go completely back to stock if you like. For the cooling hose, I think the best bet would be to get 2 hose joiners and then 2 pieces of flexible (the stuff you can bend with out kinking) coolant hose. Another option would be to see if you can find 2 45 degree hose joiners and then get one of the stock hoses (driver's side I believe) and one piece of regular coolant hose. I think the first option is the better route to go but the second would still work just fine with no issues. One thing to note, when doing the conversion, you DO NOT need to purchase the lower radiator brackets. I ended up ordering and returning a number of different part numbers for the brackets and they all looked the same as the stock 996TT brackets. The only difference between the actual GT2 and the 996TT brackets is a slight angle. You can easily tweak the 996TT brackets (and tweak them back if you want to go stock again) so they are at the right angle to properly mount the center radiator. Also, you can always use the 996TT fender liners if you want as they will fit. The only difference is the GT2 ones are not vented.

Local sale would be preferred but I am willing to ship as long as the buyer covers the fee. The bumper sans parts was shipped to me for around $200 if I remember correctly.

Having just done the conversion on my car, I know exactly what needs to be done and would be happy to help a local buyer install. It took about 5-6 hours without a lift to do my car but it could easily be done in 4 hours or so. It's really not that bad at all.

I don't have any pictures at the moment but will try to get them up this weekend.

Just let me know if you have questions. Thanks for looking.
