Recently sold my 996tt and never got to do the conversion. All parts are brand new. You need to source the bracket and you are ready for the conversion.
Here are the part numbers :

996-116-237-90 clutch cylinder
996-423-377-90 line
996-423-171-06 master cylinder
996-423-081-18 servofeeder
