yeah it pulls awesome now. i did two street passes last night to make sure my intercooler issue was gone ... it squats and lifts the front end, feels so weird. if Thursday doesnt rain I should have some fresh videos up. he's already thinking of modding it man. i do think he should take it somewhat easy and not get into crazy labor intesive stuff. if i were him i would do bigger wheels for his stock turbos, tune and meth kit that he already has as well as the 997.2/GT2RS intercoolers and ofcourse hte 997 OEM short throw kit. Keep it OEM++ with a little bit of extra kick.

so your meth injection is into air intake, not the fuel...is this the only way it is done for 996TTs?

I have a vivid y-pipe with 2 free holes...

It atomizes in the intake, would not be a good idea to dump into fuel tank.

My concern was always getting even distribution to each cylinder. There is a thread on this board somewhere about pro's/con's of an additional injection setup.

yup thats how everyone does meth injection. there are cars that run on meth but thats a whole different ball game

as long as the nozzles are placed correctly and the way the intake Y and intake manifold is designed on 996 you should not have that issue at all. With meth - proper install/setup is key.

Yeah I saw the comments from EPL "love having a properly setup water injection"

Do you use it to supplement fuel or are you maxing out power on pump and the meth is allowing you to step it up another 7-10%?

It also looks like these systems work by keeping a constant pressure in the line and adjusting the valve for more flow.

You know - honestly Im not sure. Tony would have to comment on this. My regular fuel system is not even close to being maxed out at 80% duty cycle on the injectors. High octane and cooling effects help push more power for sure, I dont think EPL normally tunes these cars to 640/660 on their dyno on pump and stock internals.
